Concept prototype. The app is not a live service, and every screen here is illustrative. The pilot list is real: join it and we write to you once, when a cohort opens.

New to faith

Beginning, gently

Mark 1:17·World English Bible·Still exploring·7 min

Foundational, without jargon. Written for someone who is not sure they believe any of this and has decided to look anyway.

  1. 1 Settle

You are allowed to be here without having decided anything.

  2. 2 Scripture

Jesus said to them, "Come after me, and I will make you into fishers for men."

Mark 1:17 · World English Bible
  3. 3 Reflection

Come is the whole instruction. Not agree, not understand, not be certain first. Whatever else the tradition has built since, the beginning of it is an invitation to walk in a direction and find out. If you are exploring rather than committed, this text does not require you to resolve that today, and neither does Selah.

  4. 4 Prayer

I do not know what I think about this. I am here anyway. That will have to do for now.

  5. 5 Journal

What made you open this? One line, for yourself.

Why this session?

In the app this is one tap away from every session. It is reproduced here in full, because a claim about transparency that you have to take on trust is not one.

The signal that chose it
New to faith season, with the Still exploring lens.
What was adapted
The Still exploring lens removed language that assumes belief and kept every claim conditional. The invitation is quoted, not softened.
What may never be adapted
The scripture text, the translation, and the shape of the session. No lens and no personalisation may alter a word of the passage.
